A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

As an Account Executive, you are passionate about servicing all aspects of an established book of small group clients.  As a dedicated benefits professional, you will handle renewal presentations and oversee open enrollment processes.  Your communication & collaboration skills will be vital as you coordinate with team members, and advise employers on the best benefits solutions for their employees.  You will be responsible for effectively communicating with, and educating your clients on benefits programs and how to best utilize them.  

As a well-organized team player, you will collaborate with co-workers to ensure processes are executed efficiently within the organization.  Your sales skills and persuasiveness will be further developed on new sales opportunities assigned by our marketing department.  Your opportunities will only be limited by your potential as you continue to grow into a trusted and recognized industry leader.

 

 

You take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent service to your clients. Your positive, friendly, professional disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLIENT CONSULTANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • Minimum 2 years benefits sales, account management or customer service experience
  • Proven excellence in account management / customer service
  • Current insurance license (or ability to acquire one quickly)
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills required
  • You must be a patient and persistent problem solver
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
